Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock, we will notify you with a separate e-mail. You will only be billed for items that are shipped.

*For orders of products which specify that they are “MADE TO ORDER” please allow 10 days for shipping. These products are in limited quantity and are made when you place your order therefore they will be shipped out no later than 10 days after the order is placed.*

Once an order has been shipped, we are NOT able to make any modifications to the order, including cancellations.
